This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk's properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan. After ʻIsa Khan's death, his share was inherited by his uncle, Iskandar Khan Khazin al-Huzur, and his mother, Galin Khanum and supervising the transition of these properties was assigned to Aqa Sayyid Habib. Settlement between Mansurah Buluri Tafrishi, the daughter of Mahdi, and her husband, Habib Allah Vaziri, the son of Muhammad, regarding Mansurah's mahr. In their marriage contract, Mansurah's mahr was eight thousand rials and a later contract added fifty two thousand to the mahr, yielding a total of sixty thousand rials. Division of inheritance among Zivar Sultan, Khanum Bala, and Mirza Muhammad, 1886
Division of an orchard and a farming land, located in Vusk in the village of Kan, which belonged to three heirs of Nayib Quli: Mirza Muhammad, Khanum Bala Khanum, and Zivar Sultan Khanum (Nayib Quli's children). Since the heirs had joint ownership of the properties, Zivar Sultan Khanum requested that her share be determined, so according to this settlement, the division of the properties including the usage of water from the qanat was decided.

Dust Muhammad Khan Muʻayyir al-Mamalik divides his and his wife (Fatimah Khanum ʻIsmat al-Dawlah [daughter of Nasir al-Din Shah])'s property among their children after his wife's death. He transfers the ownership of the Mihrabad village in Tehran, which was part of ʻIsmat al-Dawlah's dowry, as well as the trees and buildings in this property, and some other properties in Tehran to his son, Dust ʻAli Khan Iʻtisam al-Saltanah. Regarding Sahib Ikhtiyar's property
Petition regarding a property owned by Sahib Ikhtiar located in Buluk-i Ghar (Tehran); Sahib Ikhtiar has paid the same amount of tax although the land is desolated due to shortage of water. He asks the Majlis and the Ministry of Finance to send an auditor to investigate. This property previously belonged to Mahd-i ‘Ulya and parts of the qanat were later purchased by Mirza Fazl Allah Khan.
